National Health Workforce Strategic Forum
The 2nd National Health Workforce Forum, hosted by the Health Workforce Principal Committee and the National Health Workforce Taskforce was held on Wednesday 4 June 2008 at the Grace Hotel in central Sydney.
The Forum provided an opportunity for the Health Workforce Principal Committee to present the National Health Workforce Work Program being implemented by the National Health Workforce Taskforce (NHWT), provided progress against the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) health workforce reform package, and outlined the Australian Health Ministers Conference (AHMC) and Australian Health Ministers Advisory Council (AHMAC) decisions in relation to the future of the Australian health workforce.
